Where is the best place to get one?
What is the appropriate makes and what sort of price is good for a beginner. He doesn,t want any in halfords and his friends have a GT or similar. Is Mongoose a good make and what specific features are essential. He is going to be mainly " hanging around outside" on it.
Sound hopeless don't I ? I need some help with this one before I go in the shpos and get persuaded to get a more expensive one than is needed.
My budget is up to £150, but will go up to £200 if that is what is required.
Thanks....

Friends of ours have recently used https://www.sterlinghouse.co.uk for a nine year olds BMX. They paid about £70 or £80 and are very pleased with it. I have never used this company myself though.0

Congratulations on 100 posts tobyjug.
I will be looking for a BMX bike for a 9 year old probably within the next few months. I will first go to a proper bike shop just to get the lowdown on what I actually should be looking for then I will get online eg. boots, woolworths and sterling house and see what I can find at a good price. I won't pay a fortune because boys seem to grow so fast nowadays.0 -
