    Well I am sat staring at my telephone WILLING it to ring, if it did now I would probably die of shock before I could actually pick it up!! lol:rotfl:

    my mum normally rings on a Friday afternoon so no doubt I will get my hopes up and then be disappointed !! bless her its not her fault !!!

    Haha,,

    That happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I entered a radio compeition and got through, gave the correct answer and they said that they would call me back if I was a winner....
    So I waited and just as the time came to phone someone, my mobile rang, I shot up and ran to answer it - only to find it was my dad!!! :mad: :rotfl:

    My husband thought it was really funny!!!

    pmsl !!!! its hard not to act all disappointed though when its not what you were hoping for and then the person on the end of the phone wonders what they have done wrong lol !!!!
    I swear my oh will set me up with a "winning" phonecall one day so I am also wary of that !!!!

    I am at work at the moment and I had put my home telephone number in my competition entries.

    Im sitting here in a blind panic incase they try to phone me and Im not there (well I can dream cant I??) :confused:

    I just said to my dad, Ive got to go I will phone you later (before he even opened his mouth) lol

    Funny thing is my husband said he was going to go into another room to phone up and wind me up tut tut :mad: :eek: which is why he thought it so funny!!
