well i decided to be brave and rang thin martian (thanks muffy for number ), lady said can take up to six weeks told her it had been six weeks since win she then said can not look into it over phone and to send email ,

Think a little customer training would not go amiss at thin martian :cool: :cool:

Well I had two lots turn up and I nearly broke the posties arm off when I saw the envelopes! I had to stop myself from demanding to know where the third lot was!:rotfl:
