Don't know whether I should say anything until I find out more but I had a win this morning that wouldn't let me claim because an error page. I have got the claim code and have screenshots of everything which I have sent off to the MSN competitions email. Really worried that I might have lost it and haven't heard anything back from them yet. Could be up to 14 days!!!

Please keep all fingers and toes crossed!!

one of my first wins I had I had problems with claiming, clicked to claim then it wouldnt let me send, clicked on send again and it sent me back to the home page.

If you have claim code you will be fine, all I had was confirmation email of my win, not "yeah, we will expect your code etc etc"

God I hope they let me put it through. I sent all screenshots etc but no address details. Did they email you back or did you just have to wait ages for a confirmation?
