Well it's made and it's not as good as I thought.
I think nigella must have used a deeper tin than I did cause I had to quickly make some more biscuit base to use all the topping, so have ended up with 2 of them.
And they look more like egg custard than cheesecake.
Ahh well, I'm sure they will still get eaten.:rolleyes:

Merry Christmas snappers! Been in bed with horrible flu the last couple of days. Had to call my parents and tell them we can't come tomorrow. Looks like Christmas is postponed here. And no blummin snap to keep me busy either... typical.
