I have that phone and it took me a while to open, you need to make sure you only pull the top section up, mine was a bit stiff to start with but has loosened up now

make sure your bottome hand is right down the bottom - this all sounds a little rude lol

The whole top section from the bottom of the screen up moves upwards so hold way down on the bottom

Done it!!! I hadn't taken the plastic screen protector off & it was stopping it moving!!!! Thanks mate (I'm a div!)

Clicking for another 20 mins, then off to bed - shattered.
