It's the only way they could do it without getting in trouble as Tom would have been in the dance off no matter how many people voted for them. Legally I think they had to do that, or announce at the start of the first show that nobody should vote for Tom as he's in the dance off no matter what. Otherwise there would have be trouble with people who had paid to vote but him still being in the dance off!

I noticed that. I started getting anxious because just before they announced it I realised there was no way he could avoid the dance off. 1000 Piggy points on him so if he wins I think I'll be in for some serious piggage :T
