bargaincrazy.com are trying to scam me help!!

I hope someone can help me.
I placed an order on Friday on bargaincrazy.com for a TV, DVD and video set at 214.99 using the 25% code they emailed me.
Within minutes the TV 'vanished' off the website.
I was waiting for a confirmation email and waiting, and waiting but nothing.
On Monday(once the discount ended) the TV set appeared on the website again, so i emailed them enquiring about my order.
I've just received a response saying they didn't recieve my order.
I did it in full view of a work colleague.
I find it a strange coincidence that the TV vanishes once the discount kicked in, yet appeared once the offer was over.
I want them to fulfill my order but because they never sent me an email I feel scammed.

What do I do next? help!!

Friends of mine ordered this on Friday and they are getting theirs delivered tomorrow. I have bought lots from them in the past and they have been very good at delivering on time with good prices. Also their customer services have been excellent. I know its not what you want to hear, but I can only tell you my experiences with them. It is hard to prove an order without a confirmation email. Did you take note of the order number that appeared on the screen after you confirmed?

I've never had problems with them either.
I didn't get a note of my confirmation order because boss was hoovering pretty close by and I didn't want him to see me surfing the net!!
I'll probably have to put it down to experience and realise I SHOULD ALWAYS GET THE CONFIRMATION CODE!!

If you havent cleared out you Internet History you should be able to go back and find the order confirmation page with order number and your order.

I wonder is someone can help - i do want to place an order with this company - I just wondered how to receive a 25% discount code? Also are they reputable? They seems like a sort of liquidation stock type supplier. Thanks for any help.

You can't get the 25% off now. The code used was only valid until 29th Nov. :-/

It's a different TV,different screen size and different cataologue code.

Fridays's was a 66cm set code VA9750: - £219.99.
The new one is a 56cm set VA9749: - £214.99

I also ordered the Tv/dvd/video lot on friday and its b eing delivered tomorrow morning so reality tell me. I did receive a confirmation email straight after. :-/
