I wanna house to rent in Loughborough??

Hi All,
I've been looking for a 2/3 bed house in loughborough for a while now, me and a good friend are looking for a professional let. (so min of 2 double bedrooms). Everything just seems so expensive at the mo through the estate agents so was wondering if anyone knew of a private let available in the loughborough town area?
We don't really wanna pay more than £500 rent a month between us (at a push), as im trying to save as much as poss to pay off debts etc. References/deposits etc no problem at all, both in full time work, so anything else you need to know just ask.
Your help/advice is much appreciated.
