anglain windows/ ge money

we purchased doors & windows off anglian windows... we were sold their gold finance package with ge money as it was 18 months interest free credit and we can pay it off any time... the amount was roughly £4100... the anglian saleswoman went through facts and figures and we were all happy... its now 15 months later and have recently found out it isnt 18 months interest free as sold but we have been paying interest on our balance... can someone please advise what i can do? we have also relised that the loan agreement is wrong as well.. the name they have for myself is a the wrong spelling!!! can i take advantage of this??? also they are claiming a resettlement fee for early payment of our loan... this was sold as two months interest of the final balance but have now been instructed its £900+... please advise me on where i stand???? thank you

this is probably a revolving credit agreement.

even if they spell your name wrong if you have signed it you are complicit in the agreement.

thank you for the info... apparently there gonna look in too it!!! the agent has now left the company so thats a dead end... so a rep of anglian is gonna find out what is going on for us... fingers crossed ge money and honour there sales pitch..
