tesco beer offer £10 each or 2 for £12 many beers

tesco front page of grocery shop shoes the offer here of one case of beer for £10 or two for £12!! possible to order online and it does not say a limit. although there may be one.

Hubby brought Boddingtons .....2 cases of 15 cans for £12 this afternoon at local tesco

There was a great discussion in our local Mr T's this morning between checkout and drinks manager re customer limits. Checkout thought there is a limit but not sure of number [they had just stopped a lady who had 4 cases] the drinks manager said no one at head office had informed him of a limit so unless a customer wanted 5 trolley loads, it was ok. Usual rule of thumb in supermarkets is 6. [Asda have a similar offer on at the moment with big notices saying only 6 per person]

Cheapest i could get the guinness is 30 cans for £24.pluspence and that was at Costco!

Speckled hen not included in Tesco Altrincham apparently which really annoyed me as thats all I'd gone in for.

its online and on the tv so surely its not up to them. its nationwide. its like saing na dont fancy puttin that on offer today the bloody cheek. bet if scanned it would have worked

Online if you put more than 6 of any one kind of ale it automatically resets the quantity to 6

(Just a bit bitter as every offer I see on here for Tesco is gone when I get there!)

In the media advertising yesterday for this offer it said 4 case limit, whether they impose it or not is a different matter.

Speckeled Hen is the 9 bottle box (340-ish ML), not 12 cans. It was available in my local Tesco last night :beer:
