Thanks for your mail.

The Jackpot Pool is split amongst those who answered correctly minus a 20% administration charge so it is possible that you may receive less Points back than what was actually staked.
This is rare but if many members choose the same answer then the Pool must be divided up amongst more members.

The Christmas No. 1 PiggyPoints will be credited at the end of the week.

If anything else comes up please let me know.

Just an enquiry about my winnings on the 2 jackpots over christmas. Put 50 pig points on no snow in ireland(?) on christmas day got 44 back?

put 200 on last option for No.1 at christmas got nothing back???
