Charlie Brooks before and after

Does anyone know the cheapest place to buy Charlie Brooks before and after instore.

It was rated the best fitness dvd (9/ 10) of all the new ones by the Daily Mail and and I have decided I need one today :D and can't wait for delivery .

:j :j
If anyone else looking to buy a fitness dvd the rest were rated as follows.

Angela Griffin, Dance Mix, £17.99 griffinL_40x40.jpg
It's a good overall cardio workout and it's fun. The moves are well explained and it feels more like a night out than an exercise video.
Rating 6/10

The Jordan Workout, £17.99 jordanworkoutL_40x40.jpg
The cardio moves using upper and lower body definitely get the heart rate up, which improves fitness but the routines are pretty repetitive. Most of the moves aren't dangerous but there is a lack of decent explanations.
Rating: 4/10

Kelly Holmes - First Steps to Fitness, £13.99 kellyholmesL_40x40.jpg
This is more like a reference book than a typical exercise DVD so it's not much fun. All the moves are safe and well explained and it's a good guide to the basics of proper training, with an informative nutrition section.
Rating: 4/10

Martine McCutcheon, Dance Body, £17.99 mccutcheonL_40x40.jpg
A dance-based workout with a warm-up. It will work because it combines cardio, toning and lots of stretching, which makes this workout great for losing weight and sculpting the muscles. It's fun too.
Rating: 7/10

Debra Stephenson, The Busy Life Workout, £17.99 stephensonL_40x40.jpg
Targeted at busy women who don't have time to do an hour of exercise a day, this DVD is broken into different routines aimed at toning different parts of the body. If you're priority is losing weight over toning, this is not for you. However, it is safe, but a fairly dim and uninspiring workout. Rating: 3/10

Kirsty Gallacher, Body Sculpt, £17.99 gallacherPA_40x40.jpg
This is a great workout for the whole body lasting 90 minuters. The combination of cardio and conditioning moves means it is one of the best ways to get results. It's easy to follow, safe and effective but is more technical than fun.
Rating: 8/10

Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout, £17.99 charliebrooks_40x40.jpg
This will work because it combines cardio with dance and aerobic moves to burn calories and tones and sculpts. The dance moves make it fun and the combat moves are a great stress reliever. It's definitely fun and well-put.
Rating: 9/10

Ulrika Jonsson, The Body Plan, £17.99 ulrika_40x40.jpg
A four-week body plan that you do four times a week. If it's tone you want, this will work. A brilliant workout for every muscle. It's incredibly serious though, so not really fun. But certainly safe.
Rating: 6/10

Jayne Middlemiss, Love Yoga, £17.99 middlemiss_40x40.jpg
This is designed to introduce you to the postures and breathing of the most simple and popular form of yoga. It will increase flexibility, improve muscle-tone and give your body a good stretch. It's slow and relaxing without being boring.
Rating: 8/10

Lady Isabella Hervey, Power Workout, £17.99 IsabellaHervey_40x40.jpg
This is a really simple but effective full-body workout that challenges the heart and lungs and includes toning and sculpting moves. You should get results if you do it a few times a week. It's also well explained with good teaching points.

    Hi
Although the daily mail rated this quite highily it was not rated that great by actual buyers on amazon see here .I too was going to buy it but am a bit wary now- sometimes I think the daily mail cant be a bit biased. So worth reading a few reviews before you spurge your cash as I did read a review in another magazine condeming some of the cleebs keep fit videos.
Amazon are £13.49 inc delivery and its usally within the week.

Just in case anyone else is looking around for this, seems to be out of stock now at dvd popcorn and dvd plus (must be all that Daily mail publicity!) and comes up as £13.99 for me at dvd.co.uk. Still available at asda for £12.97 delivered though - hope it's as good as they say!
