    Hi

DAS would be a good idea, or NDL, who also support Scottish debtor http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/scotland/ They are open into the eveing if you want to call them.

Alos post up your SOA here and we may have some ideas.

The most important thing is - are your signed on? getting all the benefits you should? You need to pay the rent, Council tax - have you claimed a rebate? - utiliies and food. All else is going to have to hang.

Rebate - what you called CT discount.

    SOA http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

This is a sort of summary of your monthly finances, and helps the wonderful people here work out where you can make savings and how you can best pay off your debt. Fill out absolutely EVERYTHING as honestly as you can (you can always revise it later if you forget something), then use the 'MSE' button in the 'Format results' section near the bottom. That will give you a version of the results you can copy and paste straight into a new post in this thread, and people can get to work helping you sort things out.

    glad you have mortgage protection.

Do you have any stuff to sell? If you do the calculation, would you gain anything getting a lodger?

Check whether you have PPI or charges on any of the accounts, or any old one?
