Hi there,
I am just about to make some flat breads, I am going to be using my breadmaker to make the dough.
The recipe I have includes 1 teaspoon of celery salt, of which I have none!
I was wondering if there is an alternative or if I should just use regular salt?
Any help appreciated.

Hi viccig,
If you have any celery seeds you could could grind them up and use half a teaspoon of seeds and half a teaspoon of salt. If you don't have celery seeds then just leave them out and use half a teaspoon of salt.

An alternative would be a 1/4 tsp garlic salt and 1/4 tsp plain salt. The other seasoning that works well is caraway seeds. Like pink winged says 1/2 seeds and 1/2 salt0
