    It is a waiting game, they will not admit they have not got a CCA. You did the right thing , do not discuss it on the phone . If they write again just repeat that they have not supplied what is requiered . Mine has been a year in DEC .

    If you've ever sent them the 'do not telephone me, contact me by letter only' letter and they are still calling, then they are in breach of OFT guidelines and in a medium sized pile of doo-doo if you report them. ;)

    If you haven't sent them that letter yet, now sounds like a good time! :D

    If they have not produced CCA, then they are breaking OFT Rules by chasing the debt while it is in dispute. Complain to the OFT, its FREE and ANONYMOUS......the more complaints about DCAs the better.

    But if you have sent the letter, pepe is right - COMPLAIN.

    I doubt that would be enough for it to be unenforceable sorry . Does it say in big letters Credit Agreement at the top of form ?
