Mortgate calculations

Happy new year to you all!

I'm trying to work out how much I would have paid off my mortage in 2 years time. I seem to recall there is a website that will work this out. Does anybody have a link to it? I'm remortgaging and want to work out if it is better to keep the term at 22 years.

Hi,

You can use this site,

http://www.whatsthecost.com/snowball.aspx

Just select 1 debt, current balance on your mortgage, the APR and the amount you pay and hit calculate... It should give you the dates at the side.
