inkie wrote:Just been and done Parkgate Boots - loads of leaflets still left. I picked up 2 DR Hand sets on BOGOF and so 2 sets worth £8.99 each for £3.99 plus voucher. Also EA with SEL of £1 (which with voucher should have been free) scanned at 50p - so they paid me to buy it. Then I went back in and got a TD cleansing lotion for free, and a EA sensous bath elixer on clearance at £1.99, and so 99p with voucher. Then presented 100 extra AC points voucher for a purchase from the pure range which was a 39p soap on BOGOF.
I ouwld have liked to have used to £3 off No 7 skincare voucher, but a begrudged paying a relatively large amount (in comparison to the TD deal) of cash as the difference. So, Thank You Boots!!! Another productive day.
PS loads of vouchers and products left in the store.
In wich parkgate store you were? I found, that there're 4 diffrent stores:
Parkgate,Cheshire
Parkgate,South Yorkshire
Parkgate,Surrey

So hope I am saving you a wasted journey. Mind you, tis my own fault for telling all my friends! There was a stampede out of my office the other lunchtime. Hilarious. Good old Boots xx
Thanks for that. I was debating on going into Norwich, but won't bother now.0 -
Excellent stuff, thanks to you and Calley for the advice. I'll be due a trip to the High Street (Croydon and Southend AGAIN!) this week so i'll keep a look out. I'm only wanting to get pressies, it's not even for myself
Mind you it feels like the money i am saving i am spending on blummin petrol :rotfl: and before anyone kicks off about pollution and global warming i am not just driving to Southend to visit Boots!kiwichick wrote:Keep looking Franney, today Igot my first bargains and they were all the aromatherapy range (at lakeside) got some lovely body scrub which looks dead expensive but was £1.99 so 99p to me, a footcare kit with foot exfoliant and foot cream £1.49 so 49p to me, some bath powder again looks very expensive £1.99 so 99p to me and best of all some body mist.49p so they gave me 51p change!!!!!
It is all by the botanics and sanctuary stuffin the bath section.

Not a lot in Inverness stores, just TD and DR stuff, BOGOF that's about it. None of the Essentials stuff that I could see. I've got what I wanted anyway, just enough. Didn't want boatloads. They were rearranging the shelving etc anyway and it looks like there are loads of things that could be bought with vouchers which are currently out of stock, funny that. They do have a new range of The Body lotions/potions etc, scrubs, butters etc which smell absolutely wonderful but I think I'll keep them for a points day. Like body butter but it's £9 odd a tub!!!!!“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0
