What is Tesco's return policy?

I bought a cleanign product for the car and it's made the car seat worse and I'm wondering if I can return the used product and if so to a different store?
The receipt says:
"If you change your mind about your purchase, pelase retain your receipt and return it to the store with the product as sold within 28 days"
It cost £3.97 so I think its worth the return trip!
