Cheap mp3 downloads

I've heard of this music download site... allofmp3.com . Is it for real?? The T's and C's give a copyright licence number, so it seems so. It's based in Russia and you have to pay in dollars, but it works out at 2 cents (just over a penny) per Mb which is an absolute bargain. I hope this saves a lot of you a lot of money.
