DMP creditors not contacting me

I have just started a DMP and first payment was made 1st Nov. Since we have been on plan we had few calls from 1 creditor for week or so now nothing and we have had 2 accept the DMP. We have 13 creditors altogether. We get the usual statements, letters confirming default but thats it. we've not had anything mentioning DMP and no phone calls at all. Is this the normal thing that happens? I just expected more contact, dont get me wrong its great not been harrassed but worried they dont even write about the DMP.
Just a mum trying to make things happen!

Must admit, that was my experience. I had five creditors and only one got in touch. The first I heard from the others was letters when debts were passed to DCA's who accepted the payment offered.
My husband has just started a DMP and only had one letter confirming it.
I think they just can't be bothered to be honest! Good though isn't it!?
