How to work out Tax & N.I. ?

Anyone have a formula, or website where it works out tax and national insurance? Was sure found one but never bookmarked. Dizzy me.

Enter your salary either hourly (based on a 37.5hr week), weekly, monthly or annually and it will calculate the deductions and net pay for you.
