Pay for promo codes and discounts?

I just bought into a service where I get a lot of good exclusive voucher codes and in-store discounts at quite a lot of highstreet shops and some online stuff too.

Does anyone else do this or think its a good idea?
I know there are lots of them online but its always hard to find ones that work isn't it? Also if you go into a shop and try and use something its quite embarrassing if it doesnt work - like a print out voucher for example.

Opinions????

I don't think it is a good idea. Some codes are available on line and work.If a printout voucher doesn't work i am not embarrassed i just pay full price or don't buy the goods.

i agree, these codes anbd vouchers are ultimately marketing tools, the vendor or manufacture doesnt want to hide them, they do them to increase turnover of certain items.

If you dont know about them it may be because you dont read the right magazines, websites, or subsribe to the right mail lists etc. Theres not many companies who would charge you for a voucher - unless it was x% off your next purchase upon presentation of your reciept etc (in which case this woudlnt work anyway)

sounds like a get rich quick scam to me...
  • Who needs to pay for codes when you have this BRILLIANT website. It has saved me a fortune over the years and I check it at least twice a day!
