CCA request.

Hi,
I asked for my CCA via Barclaycards online messaging service just under 3 months ago and I also made a query at the time.I received a letter soon after dealing with the query, and tell me that once he had the CCA he would be in touch.I havnt heard anything since...I thought they had 12 or 30 days to give me it ?
Do I need to have written the letter to make the 30day come into play,or does their acknowledgment of my request count ? If so,what should I do now ? Is the account now unenforcable ?
Cheers !!

Did you send recorded delivery so you have proof of them signing?
If so I beleive there is another template letter you can send, and they can't enforce it unless they have sent the cca to you or it's a ccj0 -
Nope,I only sent the message online, but the fact they have mentioned it in a letter means they have acknowledged my request ?0

If you've got it in writing that they are looking for it then I'd work out the 12+2 and 30 days from the date of their letter. 3 months is plenty of time after either so they're definitely in default. You could send the template letter telling bthem it's in default.0
