BMV cash buyer says no

hi list-eners
had a cash buyer interested in my house. he rang today after a local agent had assessed the house for rental and it doesnt look as though he can offer enough to pay off the mortgage and charge. the house is on the market 65k below agents initial advertised price. going to reduce it a further 25k on informal tender and see what happens.
got in touch with local housing trust today for a rehousing application. i seems i will be a priority if homeless due to age and health reasons so tonight getting my head round spending the rest of my life in a one bedroom semi sheltered flat.
the feeling of safety this brings is reassuring. it seems to represent just how isolated i have become over the years anyway. years working full time, nursing increasingly ill now deceased husband and coping with an addicted son and your boundaries dont extend very far. my son who lives with me will not be classed as emergency even though homeless. he cant cope due to alcohol and drug addiction. it means a hostel.
in my little flat all i will have to care about is me and limp along on my pension.
financial adviser is going to contact northern rock, black horse, hsbc and credit card people next month.
so it will be the new year when brown stuff hits the fan.
and you never know i may win the lottery, a buyer may materialise, pigs might fly,and the sun will rise tomorrow morning of that i am sure
i can see light at the end of the tunnel

Oh Han, sorry that didn't work out. But you still have other options, hang on in there, hopefully your advisor will work some magic.
