What is your wedding day "schedule"?

We just met our caterers (the food was fantastic) over this past weekend, and realized that we need to sort out our "day" soon. We're planning the ceremony for 12, then some canapes/drinks at 1:30, followed by a buffet lunch. And then....?
We need to figure out when we're going to cut the cake, and what else we want to do that afternoon/evening. We've talked about some lawn party games or karaoke. I'd like dancing, but the man's not a fan, and I'm not sure we're going to have space anyway. We're thinking about showing a video (how we got together, cute baby pictures, etc.)
So, what are you ladies planning for the day itself? I've never done this before.

We got married last year on Good friday, we got married at 3.30 and it was the most fantastic day. We had a small farmhouse hotel for the whole day and evening exclusively. I had the morning to relax with family and get my hair done then get to the hotel around lunchtime. Everyone that was staying at the hotel was out in the garden enjoying some lunch whilst I got ready in my parents room overlooking the garden. It was so relaxed. After the ceremony we had drinks and canapes in the garden whilst we did the photos then onto a sit down meal at about 6.00pm. After that we had a casino in another room so they could clear the reception room and make way for a band. We had about 50 guests and everyone said what a fabulous day it was as it was so calm and they all had the opportunity to enjoy the day at a leisurely pace. If I did it again the only thing I would change is my dress and not invite 1 of the guests that caused a problem! Other than that the day was perfect.0

Marry at 4, straight over to the reception, speeches at about 5.30 - 6.00pm and then on to the buffet and party!
A friend of mine married recently and had the schedule set out like a military operation, very efficient but unfortunately the photographer being an hour late to do the 'before' shots threw the whole thing completely - I'm looking forward to something a bit more fluid yet chaotic

my ceremony is at 1 o clock, and its an hour away!! so me and the BM and gunning it down to the venue after having hair done at about 10am, then do our own make up and dress etc and then drink champagne and watch the guests arrive - worried 1 is too early though!!)

Our ceremony is at 1.30pm. We weren't allowed to negotiate on that time as there is another wedding also at the venue but in a different bit. They stagger the times so that when you go out into the gardens for photos etc, you get it all to yourselves.
Not got a schedule as yet so interesting to read others. How much time do you think we should allocate for photos after the ceremony? I don't think we will have loads and loads of group shots but a couple at least."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
