    Well done everyone so far, i have spent the last few days buying xmas pressies so no NSD's for me! Still a good few days to go though!

    Well I've had NSD no. 3 & 4 yesterday and today :)
    Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80
    Debt now Jan 2021 - £6,208.21

    NSD no 6 today,had the activation fee come out for one of those credit bulider pre-payment credit cards yesterday, so fingers crossed it works and ive not just wasted aload of money!

    Hi Please add me for 5 NSDs. I am going to exclude petrol purchase this time - as long as I only buy petrol. I think that has been one of the things that has made me keep "failing" this challenge...

    I managed an NSD today. Considering I only managed 2 in November despite trying hard I was chuffed to do one almost by accident today!
    Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £174.8K Equity 32.77%
    2) £1.6K Net savings after CCs 14/8/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.1/£127.5K target 24.4% 15/8/25
    4) FI Age 60 income target £16.5/30K 55.1%
    5) SIPP £4.8K updated 29/7/25

    Please can I join again, I managed 15 NSDs in November, not sure how many I said I would try for. Have only just got a new computer after the last one blew up lol. So sorry it's so late.

    Have had 6 NSDs so far this month. Am aiming for 15 NSDs
