CCA request

I have written the letters from the national debtline template about getting my cca. When I am sending off the payment of £1 who do I make it payable to? And does it have to be a cheque or is a postal order acceptable?
thanks for any help.

A postal order is preferable to a cheque, as they wont have your details and can't forge a signature on documents. I didn't make the PO payable to anyone, just sent it uncrossed.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Don't forget if you're sending any letters to a DCA DONT SIGN IT- not with your regular signature anyway. Just print your name at the bottom.
When buying PO's they can print them out with the payee details but if you don't want the counter person to know then you can have it left blank.0 -
yeah, have just left the space i usually sign in blank for all letters i am sending.
Also looking at credit card charges getting reclaim so fingers crossed on that one too0
