hi,
we've got a protected trust deed and my 6 year old son has just been awarded high rate dla.
was just wondering can our trustees ask for us to hand it over each month?
also because we have a disabled child our tax credits have gone up, is this something else they might consider as income?
really worried because this money is not really ours it's for my son and for us to be able to give him as much extra support as we can. won't have the same outgoings for him every week but want to be able to get him all the extras we can.
thanks
