thankyou for your reply s, i am requesting under data protection act all info with csa and inland revenue. your right they cant threaten us with anything but they do and its not a funny matter. we are on benefits and get a total of £94 a week minus £10 regarding loans with the social as we have nothing.
inland revenue were very good and gave all info and said no info had been requested, (they didnt say we cant say that) if they said no info has been requested then they are lying, also they no we are on benefits. so that is totally wrong and i take a guess at who is lying.
so please some one advise us where would they get a figure of £222.79 a week wages ?0 -
They may have made an inquiry to the inland revenue as to an employer and got the details from an old employer? When I meant that the Inland Revenue can't tell you, it doesn't leave a trace as far as I'm aware, so the Inland Revenue won't find it on any records they look up so they won't know! The CSA have a central place they make inquiries to. It could be a mix up with national insurance numbers or something? YOu need to get your files to find out.0
