....papaya and passion fruit shower gels missing from order, guess they're out of stock? could've said before taking my money though
still charged £26 with 3 items missing, falling below £25 now which means I should have to pay delivery , but then it also says there are only 13 items coming, I'm so confused, no idea whats coming and why I've still been charged the same price.

I'm tempted to say they have just missed off the papaya and pasion fruit gels from your dispatch email.

Total items usually refers to how many different lines are delivered/ordered, 13 on your order and the cost has stayed the same.

Anyhoo customer service are really helpful so give them a ring if there are problems.

I phoned customer service, everything I ordered was correct and dispatched, order came yesterday (monday 31st).
That email REALLY confused me, but all is well, I have 21 items at little over £1 each so plenty of stocking fillers for xmas now.
