Hiya, was wondering if anyone can help!

I've got an order with BOGOF shower gels and 3for2 winter essentials. I used the £5 off code and can't take it off now, even when I empty my basket and put it all in again!

I bought my rewards card a while ago but always get my products in-store so still haven't used my 20% off voucher but it says it's for first online orders!! The 20% is more than the £5 discount so want to use it instead but the website doesn't let me add a voucher or remove one that's already been 'submitted', how do you do this? Please help!

Im no expert but think you may need to clear cookies on your computer?? And start all over again. I did an order earlier and signed out but it is still welcoming me when I go back onto their website. Im sure after I cleared my cookies last time it removed my name and guess that it may work for the code too. Worth a try.

I just closed all my tabs and restarted the browser. I hope the quidco goes through as well, it says 'no compatible vouchers' so not so sure!

Is there no possible way to submit more than one code with the bodyshop online?
I've put my order through now but would be good to know for next time!

VITE_MUM appears to be taking £7 off selected Vitamin E skincare combinations of 5 items. Combine this with the £5 off 3 skincare items (automatic) there is an opportunity to save £12. Worth waiting for a free postage day, which they are likely to have in the run up to Mothering Sunday. HTH.
