This is my first post on moneysavingexpert so I hope I do it right and I haven't repeated another post!

Because I'm a new user I can't post the link so google "passthexmasparcel" and go on the website to get up to 30% off at the Body Shop - the voucher can be printed off and presented instore or you can use the online code

The code they gave me was XMAS15 for 15% off but when I got to the checkout I tried XMAS30 for 30% off and it worked

Just rang them as i couldn't get any of my cards to go through yesterday. The lady said I had entered wrong card information at the security stage at the very end and so they had blocked me. She said she had removed the block and i should order but be very careful to enter the correct information. I just tried and it still declined order. I am POSITIVE i used correct password, I use this card almost everyday buying online bargains!!!

To be honest I have found another glitch but wanted to get my own order in before posting- something i have learned from past experience (

I was wondering if one of you was able to get a 30% pdf voucher that they could email me. I got 10% and 15% but my computer settings do not allow me to see the pdf file, so no joy here, and off course I would prefer 30% off. Can you please PM me.

EDIT: I have now been able to view the pdf file. However the highest I have been able to get is 20% after a few tries (to open several tabs with the vouchers without deleting the cookies each time, since it leaves a cookie if you see one voucher: I deleted cookies, then I used my post here to left click and open dozens of pages in mozilla, the webpage does not see that you already got a code and lets you see all of those codes. But the highest I saw was 20%). I would like a 30% voucher in case one of you has been lucky enough to get it. Thanks in advance.

what am I doing wrong - I put in a code which said it had worked but didnt take anything off the total

I have emptied basket and tried to do it again but the box where I put a code has gone - I have come all the way out signed out and back in again no matter what I do the bbox where you put the code has gone - completely gone - can anyone help?? Thks
