another good tool can be found at www.whatsthecost.co.uk, this is for a snowball calculator. It will give you a debt free date, if you continue to pay as you are now, but you can also put in figures if you could free up more money. It is amazing how paying an extra bit off each month, can a) bring your debt free date forward and b) save you £100 in interest
