Hi,
Please forgive me if this information is posted on the forum, I have trawled through and all I have managed to gain is a headache!
Can someone quickly explain the request for CCA's? What exactly you need to do and what can be accomplished?
Perhaps a link to a fools guide?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Basically you have a legal right to request a copy of the credit agreement at any time.
If signed before 6th April 2007, the agreement must have certain terms on it to be legally binding. If after 12+2 working days the agreement is not produced, the debt is unenforcable outside of court. If a company takes you to court (or threatens to), they must provide the credit agreement to show that the debt is yours and that it is enforcable. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110
