VAT on existing orders

A month ago, I placed an order for a shiny new car. The car is being manufactured and I'm due to pick it up in mid December. So far, all I've paid is a £500 deposit.
The order form has the VAT listed at 17.5%.
Am I entitled to pay the reduced VAT of 15% as I'll be paying for the vehicle in December?
(I've not yet received any invoice, only the order form and the reciept for my deposit)
