Great find op thanks for sharing....no pleasing some people;)

To quote my mother "If you cant say anything nice, don't say anything at all"
 BIG Thank you to Competition posters & the person who created the "entered" button!
  • terrible review

Wish I'd taken notice of the review as I received mine this morning and the quality is appalling. I tried to rub off some of the marks with a bit of damp kitchen towel and the brown paint was coming off so certainly not suitable for everyday use.

Was going to fill it with sweets and gift wrap in cellophane but its simply not good enough to give as a gift so poor ds will get it cellophane wrapped with felt tip pens in and get told it's a pen pot!

My advice in general would be to avoid this supposed bargain ;)
  • I agreed with Mr Skinflint on this offer and thought the bad review justified me not spending my money on it, first rule of thumb, always ask if there is a good reason for it being reduced so much (quality).

To all the people slagging him off, I hope your mug is of good quality, it seems the first poster on the quality of the mug (tracyburt) isn't all that happy with it.

For me, I would much rather that Play.com was left with a warehouse of these mugs rather than trying to peddle them on to me as a useless christmas gift

Lets make suppliers pay for the lack of quality in goods instead of buying their rubbish and helping them produce more
  • glad i didnt order one in the end then!
  • Yes, cheap mug, but you don't want to give it as a present if the picture is going to wash off during its first dishwash phase...

You don't really want to be left with a mug saying Wan Kenobi do you ???

Lucky enobi, thats all I can say :D
