    Hi again

As I mentioned my post above we generally deal with these issues on that l added, for now I will add some info for you to read up on here
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

There you will see some useful PPI information, if any of the mis selling occurs to you then you can try to complain and reclaim.

There is also a letter template on that link above, but obviously as you know add your own reasons.

They have 8 weeks to respond, another letter maybe required if not successful first time round, until they send you a "final decision" as some companies give you a chance to write further information.
In the final letter they should enclose a leaflet (FOS) Financial services ombudsman.

First of all though I know you said you have no paperwork for these loans, but can you remember the dates you had them?
We will have to check to see if they were covered by GISC if the loans were taken out prior to Jan 2005.

If you decide you have a complaint of mis selling, its still worth writing to them, but if you no agreements and the loans were over the last 6 years, they should be able to provide these to you either free of charge of maybe a £1 each or these where you should receive these agreements by 12 days of requesting them.

When writing to them about anything always post by recorded delivery as this is your proof and we can also keep an eye on the timescales they have to deal with these.

If any of the loans are settled, you can also ask them for copies of a written breakdown of calculations, but you will not actually need the figures for the reclaiming letters at first, but they will come in handy later.

If you require more info hunni, just post away.;)

    Hi hun

lol, just also posted on the other thread for you, it may be easier for me just to explain the thread instead of adding this again for you to know for the next time.

    Click on Loans
Top of the page you will see PPI Reclaiming - Discussion thread there.;)

Next to that is the success thread, so as long as you remember the discussion thread, you will be fine.;) :D
