Faulty M&S shoes

I purchased some little ankle boots with two zips from M&S in end Sept. I have worn them for a fair bit - attending interviews etc. Then after 4 days into starting work, they were coming apart from the sole.

I did find the receipt and still had a month left to return them. As my job is fairly physical - they refunded the money and I got another pair of shoes.

As I have flat feet and narrow ankles, I find it a bind to buy shoes and M&S's Footglove and BHS' TLC shoes are the only shoes I can wear without pain.
