I have anoverdraft with natwest that has now gone to their collections department. I have spoken to them albeit after they requested. They have given me a figure that i can pay per month but say that they are still going to get a ccj. I do not understand why if they are happy to give me a figure to repay. Can anyone help?

I'm going to guess that this is a large overdraft, small monthly payment and you are a homeowner.
Post again if you get a claim form from their solicitors. A statement of affairs would be useful too so that we can see the whole picture.0
