Dear all,
Due to my house being burgled over christmas I need to get a new laptop as soon as possible, at around the £600 - £700 mark (although I don't mind if it's cheaper of course).
Dell have this Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook for £599 inc vat and delivery (spec below); but can anyone help me find a better deal?
Many thanks and a happy new year!!

Ive just bought my daughter a great laptop at Currys for when she goes to university (also available at Dixons because they are part of the same group). Its a Fujitsu Siemens and has a modem and also an integral wireless card for the internet. It also has a dvd recorder, 15" screen, Windows XP Home, 60Gb and 512Mb RAM. Reduced from £699 to £499. She really loves it. They also gave us a half price laptop bag for £17.
