    old thread I know .. but noticed they are now saying

    Please note that at the current time our commission rebating service is full to capacity and therefore is now closed to new clients. This change does not affect existing clients.

    If the client was paying a fee, the commission would be rebated anyway so why would they pay another fee to Intelligent Money?
