Spent nothing today as planned, and hoorah sold a book on ebay for £8.99 and also a suit for £15.00 (which I re-listed on the off chance but didnt really think it would sell).. Also been refunded for an amazon order which didnt turn up, £20.73 - but might join up with the "Pay Monthly" Cinema tickets you can get £10.99 or £13.99 (including West End)....

Spent quite a bit today. Started off well went to Homeopathic Hospital and got fares repaid as am on WFTC then got free lunch from Tescos with luncheon vouchers. Then it started to go abit down hill!£6.99 on book reduced from 17.99 for a birthday present. Two packs of decent christmas cards half price £4 socks reduced Sock Shop £2.50. reduced gifts in boots for present box £13. Then two cardigans in Denenhams £44 but originally got charged £50!!Had to explain to cashier why I had n't been charged right price both working away with calculater was about to get refunded £10 too much on my card but pointed out her mistake and now wonder if I should have just kept quiet but prefer to be honest! What would others do? Then £22 in tecos on not much but the dinner and washing powder and Duchys organic shortbread reduced and delicious and a nice new mug to have me tea in!Oh well have hardly spent anything other the New YearHere dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.
