12+2+30 day letter

I have been chased by a debt company now for a loan that they say i owe them for credit card which is now very old and i think has been paid off through a CCJ a couple of years back i have sent them all the relevant letters. I waited for there reply but the time limits have now expired. They have now sent me a credit agreement what is my position now.

Many thanks in advance

Can you find out if this has been paid off or not?
You may be able to get the details of any CCJ through the registrytrust.

Do you know when the last payment you made towards the debt was? If you have not made a payment or acknowledged the debt in writing for 6 years then the debt may be statute barred.
