I'm curious as to how they know who entered? All I was asked was my age at the beginning, and postcode at the end

I'm assuming it was because it was from a personalised email for OP.

I got the same email too, but ended up on the same landing page as in the OP, oh well!

Oh flip, I didn't realise that it was a personalised email, but I still had to click on the link on the site......I am seriously confuzzled now, although I did fill in my email address at the end

I've just completed the survey now when logged in to Heart, and did it from the email that was sent to me so they'll know who I am
