Calling all golfers (best golf magazine?)

Afternoon All,

I know what you are thinking, golf ruins a good walk!

Well regardless, I would like to buy my Father a subscription to a UK Golf Magazine, but I haven't a clue as to which one is best to get? Can any of the Golfers on this site please offer some advice and where I may buy a cheap subscription?

Personally as an amateur I like Todays Golfer - see website for subscription deals, but as I work in Golf too we get subscription to Golf World which is jam packed and a fasinating read - my boss gets it two days after it arrives in the office!

Do a search on the chat forums - you might be able to pick up a thread for a good subscription deal - failing that try WHSmith - they offer packs you can buy like £40 theatre tickets or subscription to magazines - I'm sure I saw a golf mag there!
