Canon Ixus Digital Camera - Jessops

Never posted on here before but thought seen as i had saved alot of money on this new camera it may be of interest to someone.
If you go into any Jessops store at the minute and ask for the managers deal on the Canon Ixus D30 Digital Camera and the Canon CP400 printer you get it for £318 inc vat along with a 128mb sd Card and 3 years warranty.

The camera and Printer are priced at £250 each in store and the memory card is £20 so it is a very nice saving and makes for a very good prezzie.

I didn't think Canon made an Ixus D30. They do however make a EOS D30. Is that the one you meant?

Yes sorry its a Canon Ixus 30.
Forgot to mention that it has to be the manager that you deal with because only he can change the prices apparentlly, saved over 200 quid though so well worth it.

Not bad deal mate but you're not really saving that much as Jessops prices are high anyway. Here's an alternative...

Canon Ixus40 (the superior 4MegaPixel version) is £214.94 at dixons.co.uk including del using code DIXONS20 for £20 off

Canon CP400 printer is £99 inc del at pixmania.com

Total = £313.94. Can probably save more with a Pixmania coupon and cashback sites rpoints/greasypalm

You can also claim a free 128MB SD card (I think you meant to say SD as this cam doesn't take CF) with the camera from the mumplusone offer

The only thing you don't get is the 3 yr warranty - but you get a better camera for a bit cheaper instead

Jessops exclusively stock the Ixus 30, no one else does them, so they can charge whatever they want (too much in this case!)
