Unanswerable question

Hello
Just starting to tackle the forms from the IP trustees (Snark, Squat and Smear Ltd). Most of the questions are a slightly aggressively worded re-hash of the original I+E/SOA. However, there's one that I'm at a loss as how to answer, which is "How do you propose to repay your creditors?" (Those of a humourous/satirical bent, please do your worst.) Billy suggests "I don't know, isn't that your job?" But I think my best option is to write: "Please see IPA dated X/9/08", and include a photocopy of the paperwork. Does this sound ok?
Thanks
Lily

"I had an email from Nigeria this very morning! I am the sole beneficiary to $30million for a small administration fee of only £20,000 - if you lend that to me we can pay everyones bills on your list within a few weeks! What an excellent early Christmas Present?!"
"I did try to sell my body on the street corner. But I only got a few quid to go home. I guess I could try this a few thousand more times I suppose????"
"Please forgive me. But being bankrupt has completely scrambled my brain. I don't have any creditors anymore, surely????? Perhaps my OR could help you with that?"
MMmm... Don't think my suggestions are any better than yours though!0 -
Hey, keep 'em coming. I could attach a separate sheet with alternative answers and ask them to take their pick.... Sarcastic option would be to write: Please see bankruptcy order dated X/6/08.0

1) get a consolidation loan
2) take out a new credit card
Sorry but thats the only way i can think you can repay them.

Hee hee!
I could suggest they resign their trusteeship and hand me back to the OR, who is perfectly capable of dividing up £XX,000 on a pro-rata basis, thereby saving the creditors a further layer of fees?0 -
