Next clearance sale start date?

Went to the one in Welwyn Garden City today, got 2 tops and a handbag I had had my eye on for ages, some Xmas paper and chrimbo cards for £27, an absolute bargain particularly when the handbag had been £25 and was down to £10!!
Colleague from work went in 2 hours later and there were 2 boys tops left in the kidswear, amazing bargains to be had, can't wait for next years! :T

Next time they have the sale in the summer, I am going to be a size 6 (currently a 14) as I will then have no problem getting hold of anything in the sale, better start that diet now then

My local Next Clearance in Sheffield (Heeley) was rubbish for Men's stuff the other day. I went back today and it was a totally different store! There was hardly anyone in and now the Men's side of the store was all properly stocked with discounted prices. The other day there were just a few items all squashed on a few rails.

Mens jeans/trousers/jumpers were £9. All coats were £12 or £15.

I managed to find a black suit for £24!! It is Italian Cloth it reckons and should have been £140 in total. I picked up the jacket for £12 after Christmas and went back in today (with the jacket) and managed to find the trousers, slumped over the jeans rail, for £12 in my size! Couldnt believe it!

Just wanted to give a heads up that your local Clearance store may be getting more stock in - I couldnt match up the suit trousers the other day, so it is worth looking around the store, or at the items that have fallen off!!

The Clearance sale is on and is not very good. Looks like they have taken some of the good stock off the floor. Usually leave with bags of stuff and didn't get anything. As usual it was really messy but not many people seemed to be buying. Was shopping with someone who is a big Next fan and they didn't buy anything either. A lot of the stuff was the same price it has been for weeks. Was speaking to someone whose other half works for Next in the warehouse and there has been no overtime this year - when they are usually working all the hours they can and he thinks they are stuggling like a lot of other retailers.
