I also got my art box today and it was smashed.
Im not sure im brave enough to ask for an exchange.:o

My box was smashed too. I phoned customer services and explained (can't believe I had the cheek !!:o ) and asked if I could return it to a store for a replacement.... they said yes :j . If you have an ELC near you it'll be your worthwhile for an exchange.

I received a massive box with one tube of paint in it. Said the art box was coming separately and they glue was out of stock!!!

I received the books I had ordered, plus paint, from Parcel Force yesterday, with a note saying the craft box to be delivered seperately, but it came on the same day from DHL.

Me too, looks like some of the order has come from ELC(via Parcelnet) other bits from Mothercare (via DHL).

My order arrived yesterday, still waiting for the phonics big book to arrive but the rest was there! Woo hoo!

My box was smashed too, so I called customer services straight away. They said they would send a replacement immediately. I asked what to do with the old one and they said to throw the box away and keep the contents. YEAH even more of a bargain.

The art centre was only in a bag though with no protection, so not surprising so many have arrived smashed.
